Third Order Effects is seeking training developers and instructors for courses for members of the U.S. military. We are looking for individuals with the following skills and experience:
- Advanced writing skills tailoring to different audiences using Bloom’s Taxonomy.
- Knowledge and skills of the Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) process.
- Experience with course validation process IAW TRADOC regulations.
